How can I exchange or get a refund for a product?
For a refund or exchange simply:

Contact our Return Department: 407-724-9831,or email getsetprint.com@gmail.com to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Box item securely in original packaging if possible. If you have the invoice copy, please include it and reason for return.
Write RMA number on the return label or on outside of box.

When will my exchange or refund request be processed?

We will process your return within 5 days of receiving your returned item.

I chose a refund rather than an exchange. How will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, for the amount you were invoiced (excluding the shipping costs).

A refund/replacement will be honored if there has been a genuine defect/error made on part of Get Set Print LLC . Cartridges will be inspected by our quality control to determine if a return is approved for refund/replacement.
